Canned Bacon Finally Back in the USA

I stand with those of you who never knew that canned bacon had ever been in America in the first place. According to this article from geekologie, though, the aluminum-packed pig is finally home after a 20-year hiatus.

Interestingly, the bacon doesn’t look bad at all. It comes wrapped in layers of waxed paper and appears to be pre-cooked.

    I remember buying canned bacon for a bear photography trip in Canada. It was surprisingly REALLY good. I thought I bought it in the U.S. but it was less than 20 years ago, so maybe it was Canada.
