Everything’s Better with Bacon!

If you missed the Turbaconducken train, don’t worry! You can still include the most magical meat of all into your Thanksgiving.

Consider wrapping your turkey in bacon before putting it in the oven to roast. Our motto here is everything’s better with bacon, so why leave it out of our Thanksgiving day feast?

It is a simple concept, but we’ve found a video that shows tips on how best to dress ol’ Tom Turkey.

And since the folks at the Institute of Culinary Education know a thing or two about the big bird, they educate on the best way to layer the bacon.
