America’s Greatest Bacon as Judged by Cook’s Illustrated

BT has tasted a lot of bacon and bacon related products during our time on the interwebs, but sometimes we find out that someone else has done a lot of the work for us already. Check out this article about America’s Best Bacon on MSNBC. The fine folks at Cook’s Illustrated tasted eight different kinds of bacon and shared their feelings about each. I’ve had a lot of bacon on my own, but I’ve never tasted any of the ones they’re talking about. (Although we did write up Neuske’s a while back.)
