Corey James founded BaconToday.com one bacony day in June 2008. He created the Turbaconducken and Bacon Cinnamon Rolls and became synonymous, for better or worse, with nature’s meat candy — bacon.

Here’s what we believe at Bacon Today:

  • The most versatile meat on the planet deserves some respect.
  • Breakfast is not the only meal for bacon.
  • Fashion, Art, Music…all industries seriously devoid of bacon.
  • Bacon is a treat for all the senses.
  • Frozen bacon should not be used as a weapon.
  • Experimenting with bacon recipes is fun!
  • Bacon gifts are the best gifts.
  • As some folks have said — it’s the candy of meats!

  1. I have long contended that bacon is the “King of All the Meats.” Some have argued against me that the Fillet Mignon is king, to which I counter that bacon can even make that taste better.

    I agree completely with your contention that bacon is the most versatile meat, but I would go one step further and say that pound for pound it is also the flavor champion.
