National Clam Chowder Day is on 2/25! Our favorite type of chowder is New England style. With a rich, creamy stock, this Bacon Clam Chowder is perfect on a late winter day. Filled with potatoes, clams and lots of bacon, you can enjoy this hearty chowder recipe for several days. Serve it in a sourdough bread bowl for extra deliciousness! And feel free to add as much bacon as you like. Several strips of extra-crispy, hickory-smoked bacon would be ideal sprinkled on top of this clam chowder. This recipe is from Mypinterventures.com. Gather up these ingredients then head on over for the instructions.
