Beef, Bourbon and Bacon. Three of our favorite “b’s” give this chili its boozy, meaty flavor! Perfect for football season, this chili recipe is a crowd pleaser. The addition of the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce give the chili an amazing smoky, hearty flavor that will please every carnivore lucky enough to try it. This recipe doubles easily to feed a crowd of ravenous football fans. You can make it spicier by adding more chipotle chiles but be careful, these little guys are HOT! Store unused peppers in the adobo sauce in a glass jar or plastic container for several months. Or you can freeze them for future use.
