I’m going to make bacon this morning. That’s really all I have to say for myself right now.
I bought a pound of maple bacon at the grocery store last night.
I’m going to make the bacon and put it on an egg on a toasted Thomas’ English Muffin. I’m also planning to cut open a cantaloupe (that’s “rock melon” to all you aussies) and eat that, too.
Once I’ve made my breakfast (I’m in CA on PST) this morning I’ll update this post with a full review.
Oh, it was tasty! I fried up almost the full pound of back and cooked two eggs over medium-hard. I toasted an english muffin and voila!A homemade breakfast in about 10 minutes. I also cut up a cantaloupe to add a little fruit to the mix.
The maple bacon performed well. I would have preferred a slightly thicker cut, but it held its own.
