The friendly folks over at the Burp! food blog recently continued their series on recipes using sourdough that was near and dear to our hearts. They introduced us to cheesy bacon sourdough waffles. OMG.
Just picture that sizzling waffle iron…the cheese melting, the smell of bacon & sourdough fills the air. Wow, I have to start writing now and get to whipping up a batch of this fabulous concoction!
UPDATE: Turns out they could have saved time by using pre-made bacon pancake mix. Will the wonders of bacon never cease?
