There’s been a lot of chatter recently about bacon mayo and the appearance of Baconnaise on The Daily Show. (You’ll see a taste test about halfway through the clip. Worth the watch, I promise.)

We wanted to see if anyone other than the bacontrepreneurs at JD Foods had tried to combine bacon with mayo.
