I don’t get how these so-called lovers of bacon think that bacon cookbooks are a new item. I have a cookbook collection(several hundred) of which, 35 are bacon cookbooks. One book is from the early 1700′s. I am wondering how someone can be a bacon lover, without know the history of the product.

Corey, I’m so happy to see that someone has released an interesting bacon book. A book about bacon is just what this world needs right now, and I hope that books about bacon continue to hit the shelves of bacon bookstores everywhere.
