We all know that Michelle likes turkey bacon. 

But what about Barack?

Yes, the other issues matter, too. But in order for someone to run the country, we need to know that they support the average American. You know – Joe Bacon.

We had to dig deep into the archives for this, but we felt it was important. Almost a year ago, the Chicago Sun Times wrote an article about a breakfast that Senator Obama shared with Michael Bloomberg. They wrote that “…Obama munched his bacon, eggs over easy and toast and Bloomberg his scrambled eggs and potatoes…”

So there you have it. A vote for Obama is a vote for bacon. 

Of course, we need to fully vet both candidates, so if anyone has proof-of-bacon for John McCain, please let us know so we can spread the word.

Michelle Obama, wife of presidential canditate Barack Obama, made a recent appearance on TV show “The View” where she made the declaration “We’re bacon eaters.” Apparently the Obama family loves tastey, tastey bacon as much as some of us. Unfortunately, Mrs. Obama followed up her comment with a point of clarification saying “Lean, turkey bacon.”
