One of our roving reports on the ground in Las Vegas sent us this spy photo from Albertsons grocery store. Looks like they’re offering Bacon Cheddar Pub Burgers by the patty. Drool.
We didn’t get a chance to try these yet, nor have we confirmed whether this is a national offering for Albertsons grocery store. So, we put the power in your hands good readers of Bacon Today. I just spotted these bacon burgers this week at a Stop N’ Shop in NJ. The ones I saw didn’t have that weird coiled pattern though. I’m probably gonna try these very soon!
We’ve been gobbling these up for a few weeks now, and wow – are they delicious! We barbecue them and serve on a fresh bakery roll with lots of toppings, and everyone raves about them. Only problem? They are so large I reshape two patties into three (and they are still large)! Oh yeah, one more problem – I went to Albertsons today and they didn’t have any – and didn’t know if they were getting in more. Try these, and encourage friends to try them so they’ll stay in the stores!
They had these in the Orange, CA store awhile back, but I looked for them the other day and I didn’t see them there anymore….they were good.
