Lo and behold they had Maple Bars with a slice of bacon on the top. At first I thought no way - but then decided to give it a try. BEST DOUGHNUT EVER! Nord's Bakery Louisville KY has them and they are fantastic. Keep up the good work on the site gentlemen. OK so I went into my local Bakery today to get some xmas doughnuts for the office. Lo and behold they had Maple Bars with a slice of bacon on the top. At first I thought no way – but then decided to give it a try.
