   Delicious candy.

   As much as I would love to make a meal of it, too much of a good thing can turn bad in a hurry, and I would HATE to ruin bacon in ANY form for me. Keep it an occasional treat and it remains a wonderful thing.

    Hard to tell without trying it, but maybe with dark chocolate instead of milk? and only half dipped instead of as thickly coated? I like chocolate, but lets not overwhelm the bacon!

    That is definitely meat candy. I’ve had the Mo’s Bacon Chocolate Bar by Vosges (which is ironic, because I happen to be a big ole mo), and it’s like Heaven decided to have the Rapture in my pagan mouth.

    How does bacon chocolate score on the Smaste scale?

    I have had bacon covered in brown sugar and broiled it was very sweet and tasty.
    Like candy
    Why is the chocolate in the photo so gray ? That is a little off putting , gray food looks unappealing. But if one used a dark chocolate or milk chocolate why not?
