It turns out that if you’re a lost dog in New Jersey, the only way to get found is if your owners love you enough to give you a trail of bacon to follow. This was the case with BT’s current favorite animal, Bear the Dog. 

Bear was adopted and then ran away without a supply of bacon to tide him over. Two weeks later, Bear’s adopted owner had  a brilliant idea – lead him home with a trail of bacon.

It worked! Bear came home shortly thereafter.
