I had this Tofurky Roast for Thanksgiving this past year, Loved it and I'm not a vegetarian. Cooked properly it tastes wonderful. Not quite sure why anyone would add the Smart Bacon.

As a longtime Tofurkey fan, I have to add that neither the tofurkey, nor the smartbacon contain much liquid or fat.... both have cooking ingredients that recommend adding that. The trick to an edible Tofurkey is all in the marinade, and cooking it with a good seal over it so the moisture infuses it. I'm happy to give tips sometime if you want to try an edible version of this!
