The folks over at This is Freaking Ridiculous posted this picture which will undoubtedly cause bacon lovers around the world to collectively smack their foreheads and say “why didn’t I think of that?”

We serve made-from-scratch Brown Sugar and Oatmeal Pancakes, using a 1987 Southern Living recipe. There is nothing mysterious in them. We do not, however, think buttermilk makes a pancake better!!
I NEVER use Bisquik (bleh). Now, the idea of pouring pancake batter OVER the bacon on the griddle…. that could be the start of a new love affair. @Halvard- what about the UK, not just the mix but pre-BAKED pancakes? It’s all over the world my friend, so don’t just pick on my neighbours to the south!
