Bacon is usually just delicious, but in Bacon County, GA, it’s also home. Since its establishment in 1914, Bacon County has been the proud home of many thousands of Americans – some of them bacon eaters! Sitting quietly in the southeast corner of their state, the County’s residents have long deserved but never asked for recognition or respect. Today, on behalf of Mr. B, I pay them both.
