Chocolate & Peanut Butter bacon – maybe call it the Elvis even though I think adding banana would be too much.

“Caliente Puerco” – Smoked and encrusted with chopped jalapeno, cumin, onion, little garlic, maybe a little dark molasses to keep it stuck on.

chipotle in adobo & maple sugar bacon. the maple gets a nice brulee over the chipotle in adobo and the sweetness and spice are great compliments.

Oh! Also, chipotle marinated then covered in tempered semi-sweet chocolate. I actually made this at home and it turned out pretty good!

Bacon wrapped around a water chestnut then drenched with Terriyaki sauce mixed with brown sugar and honey, and baked until crispy. You can also make the sauce and boil it. As the sauce comes to a boil, drop the bacon wrapped water chestnuts in, and boil them for about 1/2 hour. Pull them out, and serve warm. mmmmmmmm
