What's with all the hatin' on prosciutto? Theo is wrong to call it "engineering grade" bacon, because it's not bacon, it's ham. And in my opinion it's the best ham in the world. So really this doesn't even belong here. It's not a bacon blowtorch, it's a ham blowtorch.

But anyway, my love for prosciutto does not in any way diminish my profound love of bacon. The world is plenty big enough for both.

To paraphrase Homer, the pig is a Magikal Animal, and all the wonderful foods it produces are blessed and holy. Only pedants with chips on their shoulders argue or worry about whether bacon or prosciutto is "better."
