A friend of mine sent me this picture today…
What is it, I asked?
“Wild boar bacon, elk burger, fried duck egg,” was all his email said.
I saw him in the office the next day and asked him what restaurant it was where he found the wild boar bacon burger. He refused to tell me.
“I’ll just have to take you,” he said, and walked away.
That was the beginning of an adventure that I can’t wait to go on.
I’ll keep you posted. Believe me, when I finally eat wild boar bacon, you’ll be the first to know.
